Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has given notification to recruit 2189 vacancies. The selection process will have three phases. Hence we suggest aspirants to prepare well to clear the examinations.

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation SSA Exam Paper Details
The scheme of examination for the SSA post has three phases. Aspirants need to clear all the phases to crack the job.
- Phase-I: Preliminary examination
- Phase-II: Mains exam
- Phase-III: Skill test (Computer Data Entry Test)
EPFO SSA Phase-I (preliminary) Question Paper:
Phase-I examination has three sections (English language, reasoning ability, and numerical aptitude). The maximum number of questions in the prelims examination is 100. And each question carries one mark.

Each section has an equal time interval of 20 mins. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative mark of one-fourth of the mark of that question.
Candidates are shortlisted for phase-II at a ratio of 1:10. That is ten members to the number of vacancies. Hence, start your preparation today and attend the assistant mock test for better results.
Previous Year Question Paper for EPFO SSA Phase-II:
The SSA mains paper has two parts objective and descriptive papers. The objective type question paper has four sections with a total of 150 questions and 200 marks.
Part 2 of the EPFO SSA mains question paper is of descriptive type. There will be three questions that carry a maximum of 30 marks. Find more details from the table follow.

The marks candidates score in the mains exam are considered in the final selection. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th of the mark assigned to that particular question.
The descriptive paper will be an online test. Aspirants can check the EPFO SSA syllabus page for more details. And the candidates are shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 to the phase-III.
EPFO SSA Phase-III (Computer Data Entry Test):
In Phase-III aspirants are tested on their assessed speed and accuracy for data entry work. You can consider this as the typewriting test. Candidates with typing skills can clear this test easily compare to other aspirants.
A minimum of 5K key depressions has to be recorded in an hour to qualify for the test. The phase-3 test is only a qualifying test. Marks obtained will not be considered for merit ranking.
